“And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.”
Mark 16:15 (KJV)
Brief History of Senegal
History & People
- West Africa includes nations along the Gulf of Guinea and the Sahel, with many languages and ethnic groups.
- Colonial history and independence movements shaped modern borders, cities, and churches.
- Growing cities and remote villages both need faithful preaching and local discipleship.
Mission Field
- CIYWR partners with local pastors before, during, and after crusades.
- Open-air meetings, church revivals, and service outreach open doors for salvation.
- Strategic timing and resources help the work reach neighboring nations as well.
CIYWR in Senegal
As with our other revival outreaches in West Africa, we purposely work with local pastors and religious leaders in Senegal — before, during, and after our crusades.
Evangelistic Work
Open-air crusades (city and remote), church healing and salvation revivals, and personal outreach.
“For the Son of man is not come to destroy men’s lives, but to save them.” Luke 9:56
Service Work
Hospital visits, ministering to the poor, and local church growth and outreach.
“Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ…” — Acts 2:38–39
